Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is seeking a dependable Operator for a 12-hour night shift (4pm–4am) in Vermont. The role will involve cross-training across Cheese Line, Whey Packaging, Milk Receiving and Forklift operations, with lifts of up to 50 lbs and required forklift use.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and push/pull 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift and rotate on a 4-on-4-off schedule.
• Ability to cover a mix of production positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cheese Line, Whey Packaging, Milk Receiving or Forklift roles as production needs dictate.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members.
• Support training of trainees and fellow workers; contribute to a safe, efficient shift.
