Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Middlebury, VT facility on the third shift (11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Sunday–Thursday). Starting pay ranges from $26.43 to $31.63 per hour, with a 10% night differential and opportunities for growth.

• Experience troubleshooting production equipment and performing preventative maintenance.
• Proficient in pneumatics, hydraulics, servicing motors and gear boxes.
• Strong safety record and awareness.
• Willingness to learn and mentor others as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Work third shift (11:30p–7:30a) Sundays–Thursdays and support continuous improvement.
