Qualifications

• Uses basic cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Schedules, monitors, and communicates with staff.
• Responds to facility emergencies per policy.

Responsibilities

• Cleans institutional facilities, removes waste and recycling, and monitors building security.
• Leads custodial work of others and responds to custodial emergencies.
• 3rd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6:30am.
• Maintains inventory and documents as needed.
• Reports repairs, violations, and pest control needs.
