Job summary

Wisconsin Center District is seeking a Cleaning Shift Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Milwaukee, WI. The role oversees all Cleaning staff, ensures adherence to policies, and executes cleaning operations across facilities.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating daily shifts, and maintaining equipment safety. The position requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays and reports to the Director of Setup and Cleaning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Prior cleaning knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Prior event setup knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Cleaning staff and enforce policies.
• Train staff on procedures and supplies.
• Coordinate daily shift assignments and tasks.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
• Attend to guests and escalate to the Director as needed.
• Ensure facilities are clean and safe.
• Report staffing and equipment needs promptly.
