Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Cleveland, TN corrugated facility is seeking a 3rd shift Corrugator Supervisor to lead a dedicated team from 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday. This role is a hands-on leadership opportunity focused on coaching, developing, and inspiring hourly staff to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time production.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military settings.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer (no visa sponsorship required).

Responsibilities

• Drive safety excellence by promoting involvement, ownership, and accountability; investigate incidents and implement mitigations.
• Provide leadership on the operating floor and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, production, and communication skills.
• Ensure best practices to minimize waste at machine centers.
• Address key issues with cross-department collaboration to ensure on-time production and quality.
• Identify repairs needed at machine centers and create work requests for completion.
• Track continuous improvement opportunities and develop action plans for gap closure.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for all hourly production employees; appraise performance and provide feedback.
