National Novelty Brush Company (NNBC) is seeking a Machine Operator for 3rd shift in Lancaster, PA. You will ensure cap quality, operate multiple compression molding machines, and keep the work area clean and organized while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate molding equipment with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate up to 7 molding machines and monitor operation.
• Take quality shots hourly and record results.
• Prepare production reports and tickets matching item and ticket.
• Inspect caps for quality issues and remove flash.
• Check caps for blisters, burns, cracks and notify supervisor.
• Sweep floor and keep the department clean and organized.
