Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Reading, PA is seeking a Machine Operator-Compression Molding for 3rd shift. You will operate compression molding equipment, read run sheets, maintain safety and quality, and participate in continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, ability to read SOPs/JSAs, experience with automated equipment, and strong measurement skills. Training starts day one with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong reading/writing/math skills.
• Ability to read MSDS sheets, SOPs, and JSAs.
• Experience with computer-controlled systems and automated equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (scales, tape measures, calipers, micrometers).
• Knowledge of machinery and tooling, including maintenance basics.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Commitment to safety and an injury-free environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (heavy lifting, standing long hours).
• Capability to safely handle materials in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Operate compression molding equipment safely per SOPs/JSAs.
• Meet production schedules while upholding high quality standards.
• Read run sheets and order packets; secure materials and equipment for runs.
• Perform inspection, finishing, and proper handling of products.
• Identify production issues and contribute to problem-solving and improvements.
• Support downtime reduction and product quality enhancements.
• Document activities accurately and maintain logs.
• Participate in 6S and basic preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and value safety.
