Job summary

National Novelty Brush Company (NNBC) in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm). You will support machine operators by providing product and materials, moving finished goods to the belt, labeling, and maintaining clean work areas.

This is a full-time, hourly role with safety as a priority and opportunities to grow. The job requires a High School diploma or GED and basic production experience, with strong attention to detail and good communication.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
• 6+ months of experience in a production environment.
• Ability to identify and correct safety conditions.
• Good communication skills in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and materials to machine operators according to work orders.
• Move finished product to the belt for inspection and labeling.
• Maintain clean storage areas and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Handle boxes and use lift equipment safely for material movement.
• Assist with basic quality checks on caps, daubers, brushes, liners and solder.
