Responsibilities

• Dispatch fire, medical, chemical, and traffic incident responses.
• Answer calls regarding lateness or absences and update internal systems.
• Respond to duress alarms and acknowledge access alerts.
• Control and document access to client property.
• Prevent losses due to fire, equipment issues, or hazards.
• Enforce client rules and access requirements.
• Operate multiple software platforms concurrently.
• Monitor access points and verify identification.
• Review camera feeds for suspicious activity.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies following protocols.
• Maintain logs of activities and communications.
• Perform routine access control and equipment monitoring.
• Assist visitors and employees professionally.
• Enforce site post orders and security protocols.
