Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and maintain shop floor quality control.
• Perform first-piece inspection and defects reporting as needed.
• Design specialized gages and perform complex inspection as required.
• Dispositions nonconforming product and maintain required records.
• Coordinate Material Review Board activity and monthly scrap/rework reports.
• Lead internal audits and supervise QA technicians as assigned.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues needing involvement.
