Qualifications

2-3 years or equivalent experience operating NC/CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
GD&T knowledge and dimensional metrology basics.

Responsibilities

Set up NC/CNC machines according to process sheets, tooling instructions, and work orders.
Load, verify, and modify CNC programs as needed.
Operate machines performing turning, milling, boring, and grinding operations.
Adjust or replace tooling to maintain part specifications.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify tolerances.
Maintain 5S and safety practices in the workspace.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
