Responsibilities

• Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for machining needs.
• Preset and verify tooling using measurement equipment.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust to maintain quality and productivity.
• Operate CNC and manual machine tools.
• Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and drop gauges.
• Inspect finished components for spec compliance and quality.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or material defects.
• Maintain safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Maintain quality records and production reports.
• Keep work areas and tools clean and safe.
• Follow company policies and safety requirements.
• Assist with other duties as needed and support overtime as required.
