Baxter is seeking a CNC Operator III in the United States, New York area. The role involves operating CNC and manual machines, reading blueprints, and inspecting parts to meet strict quality standards.

You will preset tooling, measure parts with micrometers and calipers, and maintain production records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing drawings.
• Operate CNC machinery with setup, tool changes, and troubleshooting.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part quality.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Work independently and in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Read complex blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Preset and verify tooling with measuring equipment.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust to maintain quality.
• Operate CNC and manual tools in the department.
• Inspect finished components for conformance to specs.
• Report malfunctions and process issues to supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and complete production records.
• Work overtime as needed to meet business needs.
