You will support residents per their care plan, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and maintain accurate records in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine nursing care per residents' assessment and care plan.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Create a warm, calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
