Job summary

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, package, and document medical devices in a clean room, ensuring FDA, GMP, and SOP compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position supports 3rd shift, is full-time, and may be temp-to-hire. Training and safety protocols are emphasized, with focus on quality control and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English reading/writing required.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in FDA- or government-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with GMPs and SOPs.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and web browsing.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to read and follow written procedures and policies.
• Strong time management and commitment to online training.
• Work in ISO Class 8+ clean rooms and adhere to PPE.
• Operate routine manufacturing/inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical devices per procedures.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished devices.
• Document quality records using GMP practices.
• Maintain clean room standards and controlled-environment cleaning.
• Support production via material handling, counting, and packaging.
• Collaborate with a quality-focused team to ensure product quality.
