Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent English reading/writing required.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in FDA- or government-regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with GMPs and SOPs.
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook and web browsing.

  • Able to read and follow written procedures and policies.
  • Strong time management and commitment to online training.
  • Work in ISO Class 8+ clean rooms and adhere to PPE.
  • Operate routine manufacturing/inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Technician for our client. This job is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and documenting medical devices in a clean room environment while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Assemble and package medical devices according to documented procedures
  • Perform visual inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished devices
  • Complete quality documentation accurately using Good Documentation Practices
  • Maintain clean room standards and complete controlled-environment cleaning activities
  • Support production through material handling, counting, recording, and packaging
  • Work as part of a quality-focused team where every technician owns the quality of the finished product
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and write fluently in English

  • Handle small parts using hands, tweezers, and magnification or visual aids
  • Perform repetitive assembly motions for extended periods
  • Sit and stand for extended periods
  • Operate mechanical machinery and inspection equipment
  • Perform cleaning duties in manufacturing areas as assigned
