Job summary

CorTech International is hiring Medical Assemblers/Production Associates for multiple shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble and inspect medical products, follow SOPs and GMPs, and maintain quality records while supporting a clean, safe work area.

Candidates need at least 4 months of production/manufacturing experience, with high school diploma or GED. Previous medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 months of production or manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required and previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and multi-step procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly and production of medical products and components.
• Assemble small parts according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform visual and basic quality inspections to identify defects.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and established work instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
• Meet production, productivity, and quality goals.
• Handle materials, components, and finished products properly.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate concerns to leads or supervisors and work as part of a team.
