Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Core Injection Mold Machine Operator in Tampa, FL to operate ceramic core injection molding equipment for aerospace components. You will set up machines, perform inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards are met as part of a manufacturing team.

This 3rd shift role (Sun-Thu, 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.) offers training, on-site development, and a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Competitive pay and full benefits are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ months manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Good English communication (writing, reading, speaking).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate ceramic core injection molding machines.
• Produce ceramic core shapes and inspect dimensional accuracy.
• Rotate across areas and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Follow 6S standards and quality procedures.
• Support production goals and safety.
