Job summary

Chromalloy seeks a Core Injection Mold Machine Operator on the 4th shift (Fri–Sun) to run ceramic core injection molding equipment and ensure quality and safety. You’ll perform setups, inspections, and assist with process improvements in a precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for safe machine operation.
• Ability to read work instructions and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare, and operate ceramic core injection molding machines.
• Produce ceramic core shapes and inspect for quality during the process.
• Perform dimensional/visual inspections and document results.
• Rotate between work areas and assist as needed to support production.
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and follow standard work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; adhere to 6S.
