Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Identify and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Repair drive components such as clutches and brakes.
• Lubricate components and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Operate SAP for parts checkout and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
• Rotate assignments across bakery areas.
