Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies LLC in Salisbury, NC, is hiring an Automation Technician to operate and optimize EZflow production equipment. You will oversee manual and automated machines, ensure quality, and support safety and TPM activities.

The role requires a HS diploma with preferred mechatronics training; experience with robotics, pneumatics, and electrical systems is valued. This 3rd shift position runs Monday through Thursday, 7 PM to 5 AM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; technical certifications preferred.
• Mechatronic diploma, certificate, or degree a plus.
• Advanced understanding of industrial automated equipment, processes, and controls.
• Experience with robotics, electronics, pneumatics, electrical.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated production machines to manufacture EZflow products meeting quality plans.
• Test, maintain unmanned/servo/electromechanical equipment.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements; coordinate with shift supervisors and management.
• Improve yield, reduce scrap, and optimize cycle time and downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers on site or remotely to support production.
• Lead by example to maintain a world-class manufacturing environment.
