Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies is seeking an Automation Technician for the 3rd shift (Monday to Thursday, 7 PM–5 AM). You will operate manual and automated machinery to produce EZflow Septic and Drainage products, ensuring quality and safety while supporting continuous improvement efforts across the plant.

The role requires a high school diploma with technical certifications; a Mechatronic background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with technical certifications preferred.
• Mechatronic diploma or degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automated equipment and controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated production machines for EZflow products.
• Test, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment on site.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements; support shift supervision.
• Meet daily goals: yield, scrap, cycle time, downtime, and quality targets.
• Communicate with engineers and plant management for improvements.
• Complete TPM and routine maintenance; document shift records.
