Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; technical certifications preferred.
• Experience with automation equipment, robotics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated production machines to meet quality plans.
• Test, maintain unmanned and servo-driven equipment across the facility.
• Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures.
• Communicate with shift supervisors and plant management.
• Aim for metrics: yield, scrap, cycle time, downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers on site or remotely.
• Lead by example to maintain a world-class operation.
