Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred corrugated industry experience.
• 6 months’ Flexo or DieCut Helper experience.
• 6 months’ experience in the Press and Finishing Departments.

Responsibilities

• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections on the machine per setup techniques.
• Assist the operator with other duties as needed.
• Monitor board quality and report issues to the operator.
• Cross-train on other machines as necessary.
• Move up the line of progression to operator when ready.
• Submit maintenance work orders; be proactive about equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist with production scheduling and adjust to meet goals.
