Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking an Assembly/Sequencer for the 2nd shift to operate production line equipment, finish products and report issues to supervision. The role involves hands-on, day-to-day interaction within automotive manufacturing and may require repetitive lifting and bending.

The position offers a starting pay of $17.50/hour with a $0.50/hour shift premium. Schedule is Mon-Fri 2:00pm–10:15pm, plus Saturday shifts, in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on team success and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for 8-9 hours per day.

• Assemble goods on production lines following work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
