Voltava is hiring an Assembler / Sequencer for our Arlington, TX plant to assemble and sequence products, inspect quality, and prepare items per work instructions and safety standards.

This hands-on role suits dependable, detail-oriented team players who can work a 3rd shift, including weekends when required, and follow all production procedures while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, sequence, pack, and prepare products according to work instructions.
• Operate production and material-handling equipment as needed.
• Perform quality checks and report issues promptly.
• Follow all safety, quality, production, and company procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and drive improvements.
