Job summary

Voltava in Flint, MI is seeking an assembler/sequencer for the 2nd shift to operate production line equipment, assemble goods and perform basic quality checks. This role demands physical stamina and adherence to safety practices in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting.

Applicants should be able to rotate between stations roughly every 2–2.5 hours, and be willing to lift up to 40 pounds and contribute to meeting production goals with reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines according to work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety practices.
• Monitor production pace and assist team to meet goals.
• Rotate to different stations approximately every 2–2.5 hours.
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds consistently.
