Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services, part of a leading global green energy company, operates a 150,000 square foot temperature-controlled Roanoke, Indiana facility.

The Production Inspector will perform duties safely and accurately, support engineers, and use ERP and MS Office while maintaining documentation.

Shift hours are 10:30pm–6:00am with training on first shift until mid-October; pay is $18.00 per hour with competitive benefits and a teamwork-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Assesses production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Supports engineers with prototype development, construction, and evaluation tasks.

Our 150,000 square foot temperature-controlled facility in Roanoke, Indiana is the first in the United States and offers competitive pay, benefits, and a working environment that is employee-focused. Hours: 10:30pm-6am but will do training on 1st shift until Mid Oct. Required Skills/Knowledge

• Ensures quality and consistency in production processes by assessing processes and working with the production team towards resolutions
• Assists engineers with tasks related to development, construction, and evaluation of prototypes, new products, operations, and/or procedures
• Learns and utilizes production software (ERP) and MS Office
• Gathers and arranges necessary research, documentation, and tools for recommended solutions
• Reads and understands English

Skills/Knowledge Preferred

• Prior inspection experience in a clean room environment
• Prior inspection experience and knowledge in the automotive industry
• Use of optical and other gauges, inspection techniques, and measuring devices
• Intermediate blueprint and troubleshooting knowledge
• Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Drafts and maintains production logs, inventories, documentation, and reports, including those outlining procedures, batch records, inventory, productivity, changeover, and progress
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with all job-level employees

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 lbs. routinely during shift
• Alternate sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time
