Our 150,000 square foot temperature-controlled facility in Roanoke, Indiana is the first in the United States and offers competitive pay, benefits, and a working environment that is employee-focused.

Hours: 2pm-10:30pm but will do training on 1st shift until Mid Oct. (6am-2:30pm plus two hours of OT)Pay: $18.00hr

The Production Inspector WillSupport the Company and coworkers by performing work duties safely, accurately, and efficientlyAlways be aware of their responsibilities and ensure effective, timely, professional communication and collaboration with coworkers, with a positive attitude for teamworkComplete work duties, assignments, and priorities by using policies, data, and resources to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback

Required Skills/Knowledge

Ensures quality and consistency in production processes by assessing processes and working with the production team towards resolutionsAssists engineers with tasks related to development, construction, and evaluation of prototypes, new products, operations, and/or proceduresLearns and utilizes production software (ERP) and MS OfficeGathers and arranges necessary research, documentation, and tools for recommended solutionsReads and understands English

Skills/Knowledge Preferred

Prior inspection experience in a clean room environmentPrior inspection experience and knowledge in the automotive industryUse of optical and other gauges, inspection techniques, and measuring devicesIntermediate blueprint and troubleshooting knowledgeThorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailDrafts and maintains production logs, inventories, documentation, and reports, including those outlining procedures, batch records, inventory, productivity, changeover, and progressExcellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with all job-level employees
