Job summary

Tri-City United ISD 2905 in Montgomery K-8 is seeking an Elementary Teacher, Grade 3, long-term substitute beginning November 2, 2026 for approximately 4-5 months. Minnesota Teaching License is required and compensation is $248.63/day per the ISD master agreement.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, collaborating with students, families, and staff, and participating in professional development activities (PLC/CLT).

Qualifications

• Minnesota Teaching License required.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Participate in professional development and PLC/CLT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement.
• Utilize research-based strategies in lesson development and delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards.
• Understand and promote PBIS program within the schools.
