Formación

• Bachelor's degree with Tennessee endorsement in Elementary Education.
• Demonstration of Highly Qualified status through Praxis testing or coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in curriculum review and design.
• Implement a variety of effective instructional strategies aligned with lesson objectives.
• Diagnose and evaluate student abilities and progress in a timely and consistent manner.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress and provide progress reports as required.
• Refer students for district-provided services (ESL, RTI, etc.).
• Collaborate with department and grade level teachers.
• Other duties as assigned.
