Job summary

Qualifications

• High content-area proficiency evidenced by teaching certification or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (required).
• K-12 classroom experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement state standards and IDEA curricula to meet ambitious expectations.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Track student progress with formal and informal assessments and update gradebook weekly.
• Communicate progress with students and families weekly.
• Maintain a clear behavior management system aligned with campus initiatives.
• Support a productive, inclusive classroom culture and high student engagement.
