Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Mexico to steward outsourced warehouse operations during the transition to a 3PL model.

You will monitor fulfillment, inventory accuracy, receiving capacity, and value-added services while driving continuity and service levels. Responsibilities include coordinating with SAP/WMS, IT, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders, optimizing processes, and ensuring go-live readiness and post‑go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP, WMS, inventory management, fulfillment, and returns processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for 3PL warehouse execution.
• Monitor warehouse performance against KPIs, SLAs, processing capacities, cut-offs, and operating procedures.
• Support go-live readiness and stabilization activities.
• Coordinate escalation and resolution of warehouse issues with IT/SAP, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
