Job summary

Wella Company in Las Vegas is seeking a 3PL Logistics Associate Manager to oversee daily 3PL operations and inventory integrity at the North Las Vegas site. You will ensure budgeting adherence and drive cost improvements while leading meetings with the 3PL and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, strong data handling, and proficiency with WMS/SAP. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with parcel, LTL and FTL shipping modes and SAP/WMS integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 3PL operations at the North Las Vegas site.
• Monitor KPIs and identify cost-saving and performance-improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate communication between Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales.
• Lead regular reviews with 3PL and manage budgeting and forecasting.
