Job summary

Wella Company is seeking an Associate Manager for 3PL operations in North Las Vegas. You will oversee daily 3PL activities, ensuring accurate inventory and on-time order shipments while managing cost and budget adherence.

You will lead cross-functional coordination with Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales, driving continuous improvement and optimal performance of the 3PL network. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 3–5 years in logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience leading stakeholders and external influencers.
• Experience with Parcel, LTL, and FTL shipping modes preferred.
• WMS experience required; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and data handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 3PL operations and ensure on-time shipping from the North Las Vegas site.
• Monitor KPIs, target savings, and performance improvements for distribution channels.
• Coordinate communication between Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales with 3PLs.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects in warehousing operations.
• Develop forecasts and cost models including staffing and capacity planning.
• Reconcile 3PL invoices and ensure compliance with budgets and procedures.
