Kreate, a family-owned plastics manufacturer in North Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to oversee inbound/outbound shipments and internal material moves. You will support procurement, track inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and production teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing logistics, forklift cert, and strong organizational skills. You’ll use WMS/ERP systems daily and contribute to process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or certification preferred.
• 3+ years shipping/receiving/inventory coordination in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and MS Office.
• Forklift certification and material handling knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate inbound receiving and inspection of materials and finished goods.
• Schedule and plan shipments to customers, selecting efficient carriers.
• Manage internal movement between facility and satellite warehouses.
• Assist procurement of raw materials and packaging.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and documentation.
• Lead and train shipping/receiving staff to ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular cycle counts and warehouse audits.
• Use WMS/ERP to track shipments and generate reports.
• Collaborate with production to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
