Completeful is seeking a detail-focused 3PL Fulfillment Associate in Lafayette, LA to pick, pack, and ship orders for our ecommerce partners. You will use tablets, barcode scanners, and inventory software to ensure accuracy and speed in a busy warehouse.

This role requires standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and working in varying temperatures. Dependability, organization, and the ability to follow written and digital instructions are essential to keep shipments on time and correctly labeled.

Description

The 3PL Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders for third‑party clients using our internal inventory and shipping systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, especially with small or delicate items
• Ability to follow written and digital instructions for order processing
• Comfortable using tablets, barcode scanners, and inventory software
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior experience handling or shipping is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Frequent bending, reaching, and use of fine motor skills for handling small products
• Good visual acuity for reading product labels, order sheets, and digital screens
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season
