Suttle-Straus is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to accurately and efficiently ship product to customers from our Waunakee, WI facility. You will pick, pack, and prepare shipments, ensure proper packaging, and process orders through our shipping systems in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Summary: The primary function of this role is to accurately and efficiently ship product to our customers. This entails picking and preparing fulfillment orders and production shipments, proper packaging for designated shipping method, and processing shipments through our shipping systems. The Fulfillment Specialist must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Read and understand the production job ticket and fulfillment pick lists
• Run forklifts, man-up order pickers, and riding pallet jacks
• Count and fill orders accurately
• Pack orders made up of multiple items into boxes

Other Job Duties:

• Assist in the implementation of ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Assure that all safety procedures and policies are followed
• Keep work areas clean ****

Other Experience & Qualifications: Skills & Educational Requirements:

• One year experience in warehouse pick/pack
