Five Star Breaktime Solutions in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. This role includes maintaining clean, safe work areas, following safety procedures, and collaborating with supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or prior warehouse experience.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach during shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
