Job summary

Amazon is seeking a 3P DC Ops Manager based at our Distribution Center to oversee third-party partner services within the warehouse environment.

You will ensure compliance with the current service agreement, drive improvements in functionality and service levels, and lead 3P leaders to meet productivity goals and customer promises. Reporting to the 3P FC Sr Manager, you will champion cost-saving, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience in people management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficient English communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the operational budget for the functional area, including safety, productivity, financial planning, labor planning, and goals for third-party fulfillment centers.
• Provide tactical-level and mid-term planning (3, 6, 12 months ahead), including forecasting and peak season prep.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with 3PL providers to optimize operations and productivity.
• Lead strategic initiatives with total building and network-wide impact.
• Leverage 3P Site Managers to solicit ideas and address operational challenges within the facility.
• Network with leaders to share process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Establish clear objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Mentor and develop leaders and staff to build organizational capability.
