Job summary

Neato is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage replenishment, outbound shipments, and inbound receiving across multiple 3P brands. You will translate demand plans into POs, build shipments, and coordinate with warehouses to maintain stock and order cadence.

The role emphasizes accuracy, high-volume operations, and strong collaboration with warehouse teams to keep inventory flowing and data clean.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, eCommerce / marketplace operations, fulfillment, or purchasing — or equivalent hands‑on operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment & purchasing: own inventory health across the 3P portfolio; surface at-risk and near‑OOS SKUs early.
• Shipment build & outbound: build inbound-to-marketplace shipments and verify SKU by SKU before release; coordinate with warehouse.
• Inbound receiving pre-plan: chase inbound POs and set carrier receiving appointments; translate inbound POs to pallet-level plan.
• Data & coordination: verify 3P brand data, review live shelves for demand signals, translate plan into prioritized inbound/outbound work.
