Job summary

Neato is seeking a detail-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to manage replenishment, build outbound shipments, and coordinate inbound receiving with warehouse teams across multiple brands. You will translate forecasts into timely purchases, monitor inventory health, and ensure clean data for decision-making.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cadence, and cross-functional collaboration with warehouse operations to keep SKUs in stock and shipments flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, eCommerce / marketplace operations, fulfillment, or purchasing — or equivalent hands‑on operations experience.
• Proven accuracy at volume and ability to manage a large queue of SKUs, orders, or shipments without errors.
• Planning and analytical mindset to read inventory data, assess capacity, sequence, and prioritize buys and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory health across the 3P portfolio and surface at-risk SKUs early.
• Place replenishment purchase orders on each brand’s cadence and flag overrides.
• Maintain clean, current inventory-health reporting for the team.
