3-M/365 Process Knowledge Support Specialist

This position is a “Contingent Hire” position contingent upon a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.
$75.000/year - $90,000/year
The 3-M/365 Specialist shall provide 3-M/365 process knowledge support and training to Ship’s Force to facilitate enhanced shipboard personnel performance using 3-M/365 processes, assessments, and electronic data systems to provide maintenance management support for optimum material condition readiness.
The 3-M/365 Specialist must have ten (10) years naval shipboard experience as military, civil service, or contractor supporting USN surface ship operation and/or maintenance and served one tour as either a command 3MC and/or TYCOM/ATG 3M inspector. The 3-M/365 Specialist must be qualified in NEC 811A (or equivalent military/civilian experience) and/or PQS 43241(series) watch station 307. The 3-M/365 Specialist must also have five (5) years experience in conducting and/or reviewing compliance audits, certifications, and assessments.
Completion of a High school degree is required.
U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and be able to access U.S. Navy ships, military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
