Job summary

Cognizant in the United States seeks an experienced Business Analyst for the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM program. You will bridge business stakeholders, engineering, and IT to enable PLM deployments and process improvements across the organization.

You will work with ENOVIA, DELMIA, CATIA/SolidWorks and Power BI integrations, translate requirements into actionable specs, support testing, and drive adoption of PLM solutions with Agile teams; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
• Experience in PLM, BOM management, and ERP integrations.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and train-the-trainer for 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Define and optimize PLM workflows, EBOM/MBOM processes.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for upgrades.
• Collaborate to design, configure, deploy, and drive adoption.
• Support continuous improvement and change management in PLM.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT, define scenarios and approvals.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios with QA.
• Perform hands-on functional validation and testing.
• Ensure testing traceability in Azure DevOps.
