Tech Mahindra seeks a senior PLM architect for customer-facing roles to define and deliver 3DX/ENOVIA-based PLM modernization programs. You will lead architecture across SAP/ERP, CAD/CAE tools, and MES for automotive OEM environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA, plus Teamcenter integration, migration strategies, and data governance. Willingness to travel and engage senior stakeholders is needed.

Qualifications

12+ years of PLM consulting or solution architecture experience.
Hands-on experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA in large automotive or discrete manufacturing.
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter; migration or coexistence architecture.
Knowledge of BOM management, ECM/ECR/ECO workflows, and product configuration.
Experience with CAD/CAE/ERP integrations and enterprise PLM ecosystems.

Responsabilités

Lead architecture for Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA-based PLM implementations.
Define transition strategies across Teamcenter, 3DX/ENOVIA, and legacy apps.
Assess legacy PLM, CAD, BOM, and change management landscapes for modernization.
Develop options for Teamcenter-to-3DX migration and data synchronization.
Lead data migration, cleansing, mapping, and cutover planning.
