Job summary

Egnite HR TECH is seeking a ITAR-compliant 3DEXPERIENCE support specialist to troubleshoot and optimize the 3DX environment. You will work with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive measures.

The role requires monitoring logs, enforcing data security policies, and participating in patches and upgrades with minimal operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR compliant environment.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
• Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.
• Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
• Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
