Job summary

CORE Construction in Roseville, California, is seeking a 3D Virtual Construction Designer to join our Virtual Construction team in the Roseville office. The role focuses on creating 3D models, renderings, animations, and visual content to support preconstruction and project pursuits.

You will work with Preconstruction, Virtual Construction, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality visuals for client engagements, with pay commensurate with skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in related field.
• Preferred professional degree in architecture or construction-related area.
• Proficient in Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Procore a plus.
• Able to work in a team and serve client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content, renderings, animations, and presentations for pursuits.
• Develop 3D models, VR/AR experiences, and 3D printing solutions for planning.
• Collaborate with project teams to raise visualization standards and workflows.
