CORE Construction in Roseville, California, is seeking a 3D Virtual Construction Designer to join our Virtual Construction team in the Roseville office. The role focuses on creating 3D models, renderings, animations, and visual content to support preconstruction and project pursuits.
You will work with Preconstruction, Virtual Construction, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality visuals for client engagements, with pay commensurate with skills and experience.
Need more design resources for CORE West, Northern Area CORE is looking for a 3D design professional to join our Virtual Construction team in our Roseville, California office (Sacramento area). The Virtual Construction Designer will be responsible for supporting design-assist services through the creation of 3D models, visualizations, renderings, animations, and graphical content used throughout the preconstruction and project pursuit process. This role focuses heavily on visual communication, presentation development, and creative design solutions that help communicate project logistics, construction approaches, and conceptual ideas to clients and project teams. The Virtual Construction Designer collaborates closely with Preconstruction, Virtual Construction, and Operations teams to develop high-quality visual content and immersive experiences that support project pursuits, planning, and client engagement.
Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
