Pro Resources Inc. is hiring Sand Printing Associates for a direct-hire role in Decatur, IN. Starting pay is $18.53 per hour for a full-time, 40-hour workweek with overtime potential. Current shift is 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with possible 6:00 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m. variations based on orders. Some Saturday overtime may be required; pay increases after 30 days and then every six months based on performance. As part of the 3D sand printing division, you'll clean and inspect cores and molds, assist

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• No previous experience required for entry-level role.
• 40-hour workweek with potential overtime.
• Shift may vary from 5:00 a.m. start to 2:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. start to 3:00 p.m. based on orders.

Responsibilities

• Clean loose sand from 3D-printed cores and molds.
• Inspect and package cleaned cores and molds for shipment.
• Remove parts from job boxes and assist with printer maintenance.
• Operate overhead cranes/hoists as needed and keep the area organized.
• Assist with other shop tasks as required.
