Pro Resources Inc. is hiring Sand Printing Associates for a direct-hire role in Decatur, IN. Starting pay is $18.53 per hour for a full-time, 40-hour workweek with overtime potential. Current shift is 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with possible 6:00 a.m.

• Operate overhead cranes/hoists as needed and keep the area organized.
• Assist with other shop tasks as required.

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay: $18.53/hour
• Full-time, 40-hour workweek with overtime expected
• Current hours: 5:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
• Hours may shift to 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. depending on order volume
• Some Saturday overtime required based on production needs, with an effort to rotate Saturdays among employees
• Pay increase opportunities after 30 days and every six months thereafter, based on performance

What You'll Do

• Clean loose sand from 3D-printed cores and molds according to quality standards
• Inspect cleaned cores and molds and package them for shipment
• Remove parts from job boxes
• Assist with cleaning the 3D sand printer
• Operate overhead cranes and hoists as needed
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Assist with other shop tasks as needed
